It's great to have you contributing to the category again. This behavior is more intended than not. There is currently no set path for the chrome application. The default path is the android file manager, you will need the PO to set this unique PATH for every application that wishes to directly access the app. This is highly unlikely

This is more of an enhancement, a feature to be improved on, than a bug. This will be scored as negligible. I look forward to more of your reports.
