The log provided is really precise and should be supported with a detailed explanation. I can see the PO has acknowledged the ticket. A fix will most definitely suffice after careful observation

- Instead of including the app and Os version in the same un-ordered list as "the steps to reproduce", create a separate header for this purpose.
- The post title should include the application's name and version details
