    Your first paragraph contains only two sentences, but for better readability, it could be 3 or 4 sentences depending on the phrasing.

    Also, I want you to read this sentence without breathing.

    I know most times the project owners are too busy and do not respond in reasonable time and so you are pushed to post on utopian without them first acknowledging whether an observed behavior is a bug or an intended.

    How easy? Short sentences help readers to absorb information easily. Commas, colons and periods at appropriate places do a lot.

    My advise here is

    The right word should be advice. It fit into the context than ''advise''.

    There are more issues within the post. I just picked little from the texts.
