This contribution wasn't requested by the project owner via an official utopian task request. The project owner was contacted via an open issue on Github and accepted my proposal to create a privacy policy statement for his project. Here's the link to my proposal.
Overview
Privacy policy statements are quite necessary lately as they put forward the developer's policies with respect to the retrieval of end user data, the use and security of the data. This helps to create a high boost of confidence and sense of security in the minds of end users especially in cases where data is actually collected.

Thanks for your review @jmromero. I know I contribute privacy policy statements mostly. I think it's necessary for every project to have it. But like you said there are some projects that need more important documents than privacy policies. It'll be cool if you wrote an article that addresses this case. I'll be glad to learn from you.
