Thanks for contributing to Utopian!

Following the steps you provided I couldn't reproduce the bug. Furthermore, upon second inspection I noted you wrote "app". Dtube is a dapp. The website is the app. There is no "app" to download from play store, at least not from the official developers of dtube. The app you show in the video is this project, which is not in our list of projects eligible for contributions at the moment:
https://github.com/bostrot/DTubeViewer
You might wanna submit this issue at that repository, but unfortunately this won't be eligible for reward.

Besides that basic problem, your post has many more ways to improve.
You need to include link to the repository of the project you report on, you need to specify what device you used with what OS version, and also the version of the app in question. DTube Viewer latest version is 2.0.3.

Try and improve your grammar, try and use capital I (look at my comment and look for non capital i and see when I use it), also expected behavior and actual behavior should be expanded upon, with more details in each. Copying and pasting few words and completing them differently in each instance is not the way to go.

I mostly copied and pasted this from your previous submission so I'll add a summary:

  1. The app you report on is not the app in the title
  2. App in title doesn't have app, is actually dapp (which are usually websites)
  3. You didn't include critical information in your submission
  4. You did a mix and match with the Expected and Actual Behavior. I will give you a freebie example:
"I expected the app to show me the media controls even when I rotate the screen" "When I rotated the screen, the media controls disappeared".

Next time check the whitelist for projects that can receive contributions, and make sure you use that project's product, and not some 3rd party viewer for it.
