Add Task Request on Utopian Mobile Version

This is my suggestion for utopian.io website. Utopian.io is a platform that is connected with the steem Blockchain. It is a platform where Open Source Project is open source project.

Proposal

In this contribution I would like to suggest that on utopian.io site mobile version must also have task request item. This is important when contributors are not using their pc or notebooks to recognize task requests and try to figure out how a project will work.

Surely this will save time. So when they are using a smartphone they can already imagine what they will do. Until later when they have a chance they can directly execute on pc or notebook, because the outline is framed clearly.
