I am with the comments below, The pat form is a bit complex for the average person to pick up and be like, OH, ok. 3 different money formats, savings, then you can only vote and post so many times before you have to recharge, go tot learn Mark up too...

Steemit is to geared for the tec market and not so friendly for the masses .

Till we have a better posting method and an interface upgrade (something that lets you see a visual layout for how many posts / comments you have left) and some other tweaks (like blocking notifications from drug war battles)... I think we wont see the BIG push in growth from the user base.

All that said, I like the platform so I am staying. :)
