It appears to me that you did not study the project very well to see if it meets our requirement. The project is not licensed, and this is one of our significant requirement. Please consider considering this when contributing to any project via Utopian.
The other issue I see with your contribution is that it is not descriptive and the information provided is barely understandable. The component and the proposal section should give very comprehensive and comprehensible information. Perhaps you should go through this blog post to understand the basics of contributing via the idea category.
