Spark Payments (formerly steempay) - Amount Entry Screen [DEVELOPMENT]

New Features
- Added the amount entry page. Before, the amount was static (set in the config), now a merchant can enter any amount in USD and the app will grab the latest exchange rate and charge the customer the correct amount of STEEM.
Firstly, I had to add the markup, which is the number pad that the merchant uses to enter the amount:

I listened to your talk on the Utopian Open Source Radio show, was very interesting! I can't remember if you mentioned this then, but are there people (merchants) out there already using your application?
Also (I am not sure if it matters) you can also simply add a LICENSE file to your repository instead of having it in the README.

@steempay fkd it up by removing a similar future, i cant force the merchants to sign up :( but this looks like it may replace it for me, if it could only allow of sending the funds to an exchange, directly.
