It's not totally used in the project, you just added your design into readme. And didn't provide necessary files.

So there is no request from the project owner that we can see in public.
You didn't give proper credits for used mockup. Linking the jpeg file is not the right way. Just google how you can use other's work in your work.

It's an android application and you didn't provide application icon assets that can be used in the android application.
sir, my designs were based according to PO's request. And i asked him first about what the sizes are , and he agreed on it.
And there is no public information that prooves what you are saying
