I keep seeing people mention the $0.02 payout threshold thing. When did that change happen, and do we know why? I was also under the impression that it was only for comments.
And are there no curation rewards under $0.02 either?
There was no recent chance, the dust limit is there at least for a year now. If the pending payout of a post or comment at payout time is below $0.02 (as shown in condenser or busy), then neither the author nor the curators are payed. There's nothing taken from the reward pool for those posts and comments. After the payout, those posts and comments show a value of $0.00.

Thanks for the clarification, @crokkon. I suppose I just assumed that fractions of a cent would be paid out instead. I wonder why this conversation seems to be surfacing so much now if it's not a new thing, then.
