Description

In today's class we learned to program the chance in C #. With this program you can add people to the list to make a random selection. The outcome is determined as the lucky person (ie the winner). In this way, random numbers can be determined by drawing and prizes can be distributed.

Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.

Your tutorial is about C#, of which the language publication is publicly available, however it is still copyright of Microsoft, thus contributions about it cannot be accepted.
The linked repository has nothing to do with C# either, as far as I can tell.
You also posted after 6PM CET, which means that the new rules are now in place, which means that since your video is in Turkish, it is not acceptable.

I recommend that in the future you submit your tutorials in English and link an official repository that actually is relevant to the content of your tutorial (or check our whitelist for unofficial repositories, which can be found here).
