Pause/Play not working

Project Name: Pretty good music player
Expected Behaviour
When the pause/play button is pressed the player should stop playing music.
Actual Behaviour
When the pause/play button was pressed the player was still playing although the timer stop counting.
How to Reproduce
Download and Install the app from F-droid
Launch the application
Play a song from the playlist
Then press pause/play button
- Browser: Android version 6.0
- Pretty good music player : version 3.3.3
