Suggestion for Utopian to add on of Color Picker Plugin extension for RTE (Rich Text Editor)

RTE need to modify and add the color picker configuration. By adding this feature post looks attractive and also can focus on the particular text and paragraph.

By adding this features users can highlight the text according to need and behaviour of the text like some abuse user can change the color red.

and also the posts looks as cool as possible...

Need to add these features

Picker with FreeStyle Palette

By using pallete users can choose the text color according the need

Palette Edit Mode

By this feature user can edit the pallete color here he can add and remove the colors...

Remove Color

By this feature user can remove the color from the pallete

So this is my suggestion for utopian community to add some addons ...
