@darsondrew, you may consider clearing the background noise in your video. Without the distracting noise, your voice might become more clear. Try not to get too close to the microphone or else the heavy breathing can be heard but at the same time make sure you have a good volume on your audio so that your voice can be heard.
Try to write out a draft script when you do the teaching because that will help you stay focused from one step to the next.
