Brave should allow the option to show the bookmark bar only in new tab page

Proposal
The Brave bookmark bar, when enabled, takes away a lot of space from the browsing screen. But disabling it makes it hard to access. So, it would be great if Brave offered the option to show the bookmark bar only when the user is in the new tab page.
The browser will allow this option in the settings page as, "Show bookmark bar only in new tab page". If the option is enabled, the browser won't show the bookmark bar when browsing any web address by only in the new tab page.

Benefits
It will increase the viewing screen when browsing the web and also allow the user to access the bookmarks very fast by clicking the new tab button. Therefore, it will make browsing more efficient.
