Problems using the "Back" button in messaging.
Expected behavior
The user expects to be able to enter and exit the application's messaging, using the "Back" button of the device, and still remain within the application.
Actual behavior
The user cannot get in and out of the application's messaging, using the device's "Back" button, and still remain within the application. Because when you enter the messaging window or any of the messages received and press once the "back" button of the device, the application is completely closed.
How to reproduce
- Download the application.
- Install.
- Enter the application, go to the text messaging panel and try to return to the main menu using the "Back" button on the device.
- In doing so, we note that it does not return to the main menu, but it takes us completely out of the application.
- The same happens if you enter any of the text messages received, when trying to go backwards, the application is closed completely.
- Browser: Lumicall V 1.13.1
- Operating system: Android 5.1.1
