A huge advantage would be a system that randomly generates CAPTCHAs near infinitely that anyone on the network can validate.
Yeah, a puzzle that a computer can verify but only a human can solve (at this point). I'm going to ask around about that.
Might want to think about doing something like captchain with my Engine project on Steem.
The problem is burning RCs just spams the chain and is not good for Steem... it would be nice if they implemented an RC burn operation in Steem.
It would be interesting if their was a burn operation, but I was mostly just implying that RCs would be used and RCs have value. I'm not looking to gum up the blockchain with garbage. That would almost certainly be viewed as an attack.
Now that you mention it... if there was a burn operation you could burn RCs on a logarithmic curve. Say you were playing an RPG and wanted to roll for a good item. The more RCs you burned the better chance of getting a good item... but the diminishing returns would be massive.
