They have created several training for newbies via whatsapp and have several project to help minnows and even newbie and as we all know, newbie are the ones who will grow to become whales of tomorrow. The attention we give them now determines if they stays or leave the system/platform.

@steemnaira aim is to keep them glue to the platform while encouraging them with daily upvote with Daily Curation Project.

Another beautiful project is Curation Sunday where great number of steemians present there post to each other to get upvotes, resteem and incentives like Bitshare.
