Unfortunately, the feature you are suggesting is already present if you navigate to advanced options in the settings section.
There are a few things which you should consider before contributing to utopian:

• Make sure you know the project very well to which you are contributing.
• You need to work hard on your grammar and also learn the basics of contributing to utopian.
• It is better if you wait for the PO to respond and then post on utopian.
