As a part of team eSteem, I would love to see eSteem loaded with lots of features but the implementation of this feature might take some time as we are focussing on other important developments right now.
Also the usage of beneficiaries feature is very low, so it is not of importance at the moment but as I said we might implement this feature if there is some noticable demand for it in the future.
Coming to the review, I would say all the sections were written properly and the mock-ups in particular were of good quality.
It was nice to see that you opened an issue on GitHub first.
The only thing you can do is to be little more descriptive while explaining the proposal and benefits.
