Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.
Bug Reports must be actively maintained Open Source projects on GitHub, I am unable to locate the correct repository for this particular application on Github as the repository of libre torrent is not the correct repository.
As part of our rules, a repository on GitHub must accept issues, this is because we send all of the issues to GitHub once approved. This particular contribution cannot be associated with a correct repository and therefore cannot be accepted.

Always happy to help if an occur in my moderation has occurred, all I have to work with at the moment is that the app you discuss is torrent client and the repository mentioned is libretorrent, which are two different applications.
