A similar idea to Higher frequency feature was submitted here few months back, though the idea was features Frequency Usage Statistics screen but the function will serve the same purpose with yours.

Uptime feature may improve the app a bit but I really don't see how its useful to the app. as TAKEUCHI Hiroaki mentioned CPU Stats is a simple tool for android that displaying usage details of cpu within statusbar.
