I re-read Utopian Rules for the tutorial category as below, it can be in any language. Please see below picture.
For English version, the GIMP doc may good enough. But for Chinese, it seems a little worse. And I hope more Chinese user can understand the excellent open source software, and more China guys can contribute for open source stuff. What do you think?
My suggestion:
means, that for me a title and short summary in english is helpful. I don't need the complete tutorial in english.
