Vectr is a free online open source, vector graphics tool with some great features and control. It is simple yet powerful and worth a look if you want to spruce up your pictures for your blog.
Just don't forget to add the borders to the pics like I do in the video! I rectified after I finished recording though :-)
This is crazy you posted this today my mom was actually asking how people still did this and I told her it was photoshop. I will have to share this with her.
Haha cool, yeah there are various ways, but I like vectr, so wanted to show it off. I will go deeper into creating an even better effect in later videos. :-)
