Who knew that making your own burger patties was so easy? 😱

As part of our goal of eating healthier this year, we are discovering so many new recipes that we can easily fit into our weekly meal prep rotation. A while ago we came across the idea of making falafel patties that could quickly be fried up and added to any meal but could also be frozen beforehand and make the preparation so much easier.
