oh I would LOVE to try this. The only reason I haven't yet is because here we only get the fresh jack fruit, and cutting it to pieces is the most messy thing! You get latex all over your fingers and knife and it's so sticky. If that part wasn't involved <i would totally prepare it! I wish we had the canned version here... =(. PS: looks like your dad and mine could be friends lol
