Vegan Food is considered less protein. But after reading an article by one of the steemit member, I'm trying out the Vegan Food. I hope they are as much good.

      You can definitely get enough protein from a vegan diet. after a year of being vegan, I had a blood-test and my protein levels etc. were all normal range!
