Balloons over Bagan - vehiclephotography Wednesday

Just wanted to leave this here, it's one of my favourite pictures from when @iwanderela and I went to Myanmar last December. We had for a long time been planning to visit and was very curious about the country of the thousands pagodas, because honestly, we didn't really know that much beforehand. One of the thing we knew however was that we wanted to visit the temple city of Bagan to satisfy our craving for sunrises and sunsets, and we were definately not disappointed in any ways, Bagan and is beyond amazing and delivers 100% with endless photo opportunities.

This picture is from the sunset on our second day in Bagan and I'm so sad I missed the balloon right in front of the sun, but at the same time I'm quite happy with the disjunction somehow. I hope you all will enjoy it too and maybe feel a little inspired to learn more about this beautiful country.. (more about Myanmar to come soon, this is just a little teaser!)

For anyone thinking "Dude you are high or something, that's not a vehicle, that's a damn balloon!" I'd like to refer you to this link that clearly states that a balloon can be a vehicle..
This is my entry for @juliank's photocontest if anyone was in doubt, together with me wanting to show you all a really awesome picture, so better keep the facts straight.
