When the people are starving to death and another cartel (government) offers to help the people in need, politicians find money to "secure their borders".

This is the International Bridge that forms the border crossing between the criminal regime of Venezuela and criminal regime of Columbia.

Dictator Nicolás Maduro decided that he has the right to force people to starve can receive assistance from the people victimized by "USA".

Now the "USA" is planning on sending 5000 troops to "Columbia".

More proof of the old saying: "When goods do not cross borders, soldiers will. "
