I feel youuu!! I literally have the exact problem. I come uo with new ideas daily but have trouble organizing. adhd , anxiety...etc...
I am preparing for my trip but lets try to think small. First off I will resteem this. Its an ongoing conversation. We aren't going to fix an entire country. In fact people have already tried. But what we CAN do is support projects like @elarca and @celf that are full of talented artists from Venezuela and other Latin American countries!! But we must start small. Also because Im planning for my three months trip to Guatemala and im also founder/captain of teamgirlpowa and the above mentioned health issues I wont be able to do much til i land .
Just keep trying. Breathing. Ride it out. Look for help. Keep going. This will be the first of many storms.

I first need to get the foundations good enough to make this as fair as possible. I try to let this group lead itself by not having a leader as such, just people who discuss the problems they face, and then team up to fix things on their own. They have enough 'leadership' messing with their lives already. This is why i need to figure out a 'glue' that helps them to help them selves. This is a real challenge...
