These structures or ruins cause ugliness and concern among the inhabitants of the Tachira state, since as a Tachiren it hurts us that our metropolis of those golden years is in a state of such neglect by a bad government, when the fire broke out in the Civic Center Obviously, it was not an accident, evidence found instead revealed that it had been intentional.
By then, government officials said that resources existed for the total repair of the structure and that soon the Legislative Council and the Comptroller's Office would function again, well as you will see, it was only lies to calm the society back then, since over the years we continue to see Tower B of the Civic Center in equal or worse deterioration.
The National University of the Armed Forces or as we know it the Unefa, these facilities were burned during the demonstrations of protest of the opposition occurred a couple of years ago, likewise had the same fate the installation of the Tourism Tachirense Corporation known as Cotatur on Avenida España and finally we have the Corpoelec building which, like the other structures, does not know when it will be fully recovered, but as it was said with the B tower of the Civic Center, promising the governor at that time Vielma Mora would have prompt short-term recovery of structures damaged in the protests, which has not been done to this day obviously.
