The Venezuelan exodus continues

Friends of Steemit, the migration crisis in Venezuela continues and gets worse as 2018 goes by, the long queues at the national level in the SAIME entity (Administrative Service of Identification, Migration and Foreigners) continue to be seen with great regularity, the request of Passports is the common denominator of queues.

To the rows to request passport another one is added for renewal of the identity document, this usually the entity does not deliver immediately for lack of material for the printing of the document.

The Venezuelan supports these setbacks to consider their vital import to enter other countries legally, the exodus continues and our Venezuelan colleagues continue to leave their homeland to venture into other countries in search of improvements in their quality of life that for several years they have been losing themselves in Venezuela.

Dreams of progress drive Venezuelans entrepreneurs where the poverty that surrounds their country is not an option, where fleeing the slums with high crime rate is a matter of survival, a country consumed by overflowing inflation is loss of quality of life, failures in the electrical system, failures in the justice system, failures in public transport, failures in the health area and so we can continue listing problems would not reach this post to complete it.

All this makes the Venezuelan exodus be taken at the International level as a migratory crisis, where only in 2 years the migratory increase has been from 900% of the year 2015 to the year 2017, from 89,000 to 900,000 people who migrated from the country, in which Since 2018, 1.6 million people have emigrated from Venezuela.

Fear, impatience, it surprises every Venezuelan who manages to step on the Venezuela-Colombia or Venezuela-Barasil border, looking back knowing that all his loved ones stay, and that he has to fight to send a remittance so that his family can eat well a week, things like this increasingly encourage the Venezuelans to fight for a future outside of Venezuela.

Waiting for a political change that returns the tranquility of returning to his country that was once so prosperous and that received with open arms so many foreigners looking for a future in the land of Simon Bolivar.

Venezuelans who suffer a flajelo called bullying, xenophobia that is embracing all of Latin America, there are more and more cases at a Latin American level of xenophobia, this without counting the number of Venezuelans who have been victims of trafficking of slaves exploited sexually by unscrupulous people who take advantage of the need of these women who fall into naïveté in search of economic improvements without knowing what their destiny will be.

As a Venezuelan Nationalist that I consider myself, I know that no countryman leaves the country with intentions to take away the work of any person, they only address themselves with the interest of lifting their family from the crisis in which they are more than 75% of the Venezuelan homes that the critical situation has hit her so hard pockets.

Venezuelans who flee without a penny in their pockets, choose to go backpacking, assuring at least 15 to 20 kilometers of walking, passing hardships in the streets of foreign countries, and sleeping in places where they never imagined doing it.

Venezuela needs a 360º change, that its leaders think more about the town and less about how to fill their bank accounts.
