Venom i s a Anti - hero film which is worth appreciating as Sony given us a Fantastic movie without its main component such as Spider-Man . Its budget was around 100 million and earned about 850 million dollar world wide. Its is directed by Ruben Fleischer and was based on the comic series Venom "Lethal protector" and many moments of movie matched to the that of its comics version.
In the starting of the after plane crash we saw that Riot escaped from the site and started finding host to survive but then we saw that he made a old lady host and sticked to her for 6 months but it is not possible and when the director was asked about this scene , they said it was a major plot hole. And one another plot hole came when Eddie was jumping on his bike , If you observe , when he jumped on his bike he started the bike without any key and he just pull the accelerator and the bike started running.
In the movie Eddie came in contact with symbiont when he was saving a homeless woman and the same happened in lethal protector comic line where Eddie protects the homeless people from the some burglars .
In the plane crash we saw that its Pilot was saved by riot and his name was Jameson and he was none other than J. Jonah Jameson's son John Jameson .
In the Movie where Anne was telling Eddie about how he got fired from the daily globe and something like happened in comic too . Daily Globe was a rival newspaper company of Daily Bugle which fired Eddie for giving fake news. There he became venom and then came to San Francisco.
Originally, Venom was going to be R rated but the director made it PG-13 so that Sony could do a Crossover of Venom and Spider-Man .
In the movie we saw Anne Weyeng working for a company name Michelinie McFarlane which is the names of Venom's creator David Michelinie and Todd McFarlane .
In the movie we saw Anne with Venom , in the comic we saw the same scene where she was called as the she Venom.
When Eddie stops Venom from eating people he agrees and demands chocolate. In comic series " Venom The Hunger "
where Venom requires a chemical Phen Ethyl Lemine which is founf in Brains and chocolate due to which he started eating chocolate.
In the end credit seen Eddie interviews a prisoner Cletus Kasady who says that when I be free , there gonna be carnage.His character was played by Woody Harrelson who going to play the role of Carnage in Venom Sequel .
