I wasn't familiar with this position but it seems very important for producing of a movie. There are so many people in the background that we never get to see unless someone like you tells us about them.

When you talk about those issues with actors raising different hands.. I've seen a collections of such things somewhere on the internet. It was a lot of fun to watch but on the other hand you didn't understand how come that no one realized that something like this happened during the production. Now I know! They were probably saving money on the script supervisor :)
