Wonderous Willett Hot Springs of Los Padres National Forest
We hiked in to the Sespe Wilderness to spend three nights out at the wonderful Willett Hot Springs of Los Padres National Forest. Despite the holiday weekend, we had the hot springs all to ourselves for most of our time there. I highly recommend this spot. The relaxing atmosphere is well worth the 18 mile round trip hike.

STOPHey @jessestlouis, we meet again in steemit after your adventure in San Bernardino National Forest. Seems that you love adventure. Hot spring is good for our skin but this hot spring hidden inside the forest? And you manage to locate it. Your stamina must be very good, by looking at your video, I already felt tired :P
In my hometown, also have hot srping. It now become tourism center and maintain by the land owner. I love hot spring but not the sulfur smell. Hot spring can cure a lot of skin disease because of the sulfur.
Yes sometimes they are on private property and become commercialized but luckily this one is in a public national forest.
Now you found a natural treasure which able to visit anytime you want :) It is clean since it is located in national forest.
Another great adventure from you! There are not that many people showing such long hikes like you do.
Hiking during night must be very adventurous especially with all those eyes looking at you. I would probably never do it but I'm glad when you do and tell us about it :)
I'm also surprised to see that there were no people around the hot spring but we also experience similar situations in Switzerland when we come somewhere and we expect it to be packed with people but there is no one. I think most of people focus on touristy places and don't look for any hidden gems.
I'm sure that 9 miles hike was worth it. I love to see you looking so relaxed in the tub. You look like nothing in the world would matter and nothing could bother you when you're taking your time and enjoy warm water (maybe you would change your expression slightly if you would be approached by a bear, lol)

this is the second of your adventures that I see. the previous one was in a desert in california, I think ... I feel a little envious, but do not take it the wrong way. It's just that I would like to be able to do a lot of things that unfortunately, I can not do. It's a pleasure to see that there are those who enjoy every moment to the fullest ...

You are lucky one to have such nice sunny days, I can imagine it must be really great destination Willett Hot Springs. Looking at your trip, again you obviously stay fit, you walk a lot and enjoying outdoors, I can see that the hiking was till very late. Your water filtering system is very interesting, so you do not need an electricity for that that is really handy. And of course you final destination natural hot Springs looks amazing. As always really enjoyable trip and beautiful nature you captured.
