It's Not Okay To Execute Drug Dealers
This is a Toastmaster's speech where I criticize the commentary by "president" Donald Trump regarding executing drug dealers. I make the case that the drug war has failed and executing drug dealers is not helping win the war. It's actually taking us backwards. It's barbaric and uncivilized. I marshal several arguments as to why this is the case.
The speech was from the "Public Relations" manual, and the task is "Speaking Under Fire." I have approximately 4 speeches left before receiving my Advanced Communicators Bronze title.
Conclusion of the speech: The drug war is garbage and Trump is a fascist.

Yep the drug war is failed and Trump is a wannabe fascist dictator but in reality he is just a wealthy buffoon who has managed to hoodwink the US populace, just like the Presidents before him.

So I wonder, what's the best alternate solution for it? Prison? Maybe, Coaching and counseling? Isn't that the things police and Human Rights group are doing everyday? So why these drug dealers just don't stop? Logically, because there's no "existing" way of stopping them. That's why we must create one.

Part of life is death. This can never be seperated. Capital punishment is a very serious policy that should target those who cause serious damage to society.
Capital punishment can work to prevent multiple offending by specific individuals as once they are dead they cannot repeat offend. Capital punishment can change the dynamics of a society by permanently removing those who are part of the crime problem and who would encourage others to be criminals but only when done correctly.
This is how I would do it.
#1Mindset change to accompany policy change. Human rights are for victims and the innocent, criminals have human rights but through their own actions they have put themselves in a sitiution where they lose their freedom etc.
#2Many criminals will die anyway or end up in prison my goal would be to speed up this process so as not to wait a decade whilst they produce victims and cause people to feel unsafe. My tactic would be to target the criminals that matter for execution, the ones that cause the most damage. ALL armed robbers, gang members, italian mafia aka organized crime would be executed and I mean all. A court would decide who is a member of organized crime and who isn't and for those found guilty there would be no appeal. I have to remove the appeal so they can't drag out court cases for years. My policy can only have maximum effect if crime and punishment are as close to eachother as possible, appeals would slow everything down. In some cases it will be very easy to proove guilt as some have showed off their membership on facebook etc.
Illegal guns are used by criminals to murder. Anybody caught will a illegal gun would be classified as a would be murderer and as such executed. Anybody who shoots with intent to kill or who commits any crime (robbery, kidnapping, terrorism etc.) whilst using a gun would be executed.
Corrupt cops who take bribes, who help criminals would be executed. Corrupt cops are worse than gang members as they have sworn an oath to protect and serve and the betrayal of that oath must have a high price, death.
Any drug dealer who is part of organized crime will be executed. All gun smugglers will be executed as they are the providers of murder weapons, even if some of them do not personally murder they facilitate it through their actions.
#3All schools would be mandated to teach conflict resolution.
#4 I would make the executions semi public, eg they would be carried out in prison and all prisoners would be forced to watch. I would also have the press reporting the numbers of executed and why each person was executed. There would be a wall of shame with the name of each executed prisoner and the crime they committed. This would serve as a physical reminder that my government is serious about killing the criminals one by one. It would also serve as proof of the dishonour of each executed prisoner.
I would change the method of execution. All organized crime members would be executed by fire. This would be the worst imaginable way of carrying this out. All other condemned would face execution by drowning. People have nightmares about many things but not about being hanged, drowning is a nightmare of many people that is why I would use this method. The executed would be burried or otherwise disposed of in secret so their graves cannot become some kind of martyrs grave for people to gather.
#5 We would use those who show regret before their executions to talk to people so that they do not make the same mistakes they made.
The name of my policy would be the tough hand policy aka the red card policy.
I say it loud and clear I do not want to give gang members, corrupt cops etc. a second chance, they do it ONE time and that's it they are GONE.
My policies would work because for the first time in a long time criminals would be losing big time. And we would be speaking a language that they can understand the language of violence. And even my biggest critics would enjoy the new safety.

We are having a 9/11 every 3 weeks because of drug dealers. ..... AND doctors bribed by pharma to sell them. Death penalty should be for pharma and doctors as well
