Vision Board

A vision board is a motivational device. It is like a bulletin board with words and pictures on it that mean something positive to you. Your hopes, aspirations and dreams can be displayed for you to look at daily and remind you of what can be. Some people believe that visualizing what you want for yourself can help you make it happen. See here for some ideas:

Ive attached a photo example but this is not mine. Mine is all clips and prints pasted to a board and hanging in my make up room for when i get ready every morning. I watch it while i do my morning gratitude.
