What up my Steemians, welcome to the @D00k13 Digest, another great week of answering your guys question on my "Ask Me Anything" contest post. From the financially oriented to deep thoughts on how colors became known with their common names this was a very interesting week. In the spirit of Thanksgivings I decided to reward out an extra 5 SBI shares as part of the Partiko Thanksgivings Giveaway calling it my own Steemgivings, I sent 1 share each to the 5 Partiko friends most recently commenting on my works that were my comments for the giveaway. Good questions because I learnt something new with the answers
In particular the one about the Witnesses
I didn't realise the vote value also affected the witnesses

Yeah it really was a good question the way it was phrased allowed me to bring into light the solutions for the problem at hand. What relates to witness votes is the actual owned steam power of the account does not matter if it is delegated out but delegations received do not help towards witness votes either.
