Every morning when you wake up,drink a hot cup of water and add half or a whole lemon's juice in it.Vitamin C boosts the immune system bro and you will start feeling beter in no time.
Drink a glass of mint before you fo to bed.It's like lung-cleaner.
Mint cleans 75 of the useless smoke shit we got in our lungs.
Hope you start feeling better man,pills and doctor prescripted medicine are crap most of the times.Nature has provided us with everything we need.
