From a family physician who also curates @birdersofsteem. Definitely too late now, but immediately wash off the area touched by the poison ivy with soap and water. It's an oily substance that soaks into the skin, binds with skin proteins, and causes a delayed reaction. Once it binds, too late to do much. Hopefully you're not too sensitive. Nice vlog.
