Modern Poultry Farming Part-3 | Artificial Insemination Technology of Chicken [ Dtube Vlog #5 ]

How are you? Hope you all well by the grace of almighty allaha. Today I again I am Dtube with a new technical Vlog. With this vlog I want to share Artificial insemination (AI) technology of poultry.
Instrument:
Plastic Beaker: We need a small plastic beaker for this program. This beaker used to keep semen after collection from the copulative organ of roster/ male chicken.
Syringe with AI tube: Syringe with AI tube. You notice in the video that a small tube or pipe attached rubber in front of the syringe. This pipe is called AI pipe. This is made by the boro-silicate material.
With two instruments, we can successfully complete our AI program.
Procedure
Step-1:
The first step of AI is semen collection. For this semen collection, we hold a male bird or roster in such a way that bird can’t move. Then we collect semen from the copulative organ of male and keep it beaker. For the collection of semen, we need to message abdomen and back over the testis. This message makes the roster sexually excited and helps to secrete semen. A healthy roster semen volume 0.35-0.5 ml semen and 1ml semen contain 4 billion sperm.
Step-2:
The Second step is to input the semen on vajina or oviduct of the female bird. At first, we hold the female bird and create pressure to abdomen around the vent. This pressure should provide partially on the left side. Then the cloaca is open and oviduct is coming out. Then semen put on oviduct. We should insert the tube 2.5 cm inside the oviduct.
This AI program is very effective to increase the fertility of breeder farm.
