I think it's the ebb and flow of a new technology. A technology that is at the gates to financing and living a totally independent life, off the U.S. Dollar grid. This is bigger than SteemIt.
But here in Steemit, the idea should be to do as much commerce within the Steem Community as possible. Literally, meaning stuff I need. Theroetically, we could use Steemit dollars in every manner that we now use Fiat money ( Shout out to Zainenn :) ). This will be a Revolution for the good,
So all Crypto are ebbing. No real reason to pile in.
When do Cryptos move to a higher plateau? When Americans feel the noose of Progressive Socialism from the Democrats tightening around their necks. Right now, Americans don't see that happening , as America moves back towards free markets & much less interference in our lives by government at all levels.
But that's not to say it's not relevent now. When you start thinking about doing everything on a different economic platform, should you be paying taxes on those services that you're buying on the new platform?? We're gonna run into duplications.
We should be entitled to tax credits for those dupllications, should'nt we? So you see, Crypto is a direct threat, direct competition to those who want to consolidate power in a ruling class, and today, that's the Progressive Socialist Democrat.
