FOOD: How to cook tea driftwood green beans pineapple

Ginger juice: Add 100 grams of white sugar + brown sugar to about 200 ml of cold water. Next, add the fresh ginger, stirring and boiling water for about 20 minutes. Note to cook with a small amount of fire so that the ginger juice does not burn.

Step 2: Bake flour

Place the glutinous rice flour in a large bowl. Slowly pour hot water into flour bowl. You just pour chopsticks / stirring to make the flour is not lumps, powder is evenly. When the powder has melted completely, you pour out the juice of pineapple leaves and again the powder.

After the powder is color, powder to ensure smooth, soft and non-sticky, you remove the block to a clean piece of nylon. Cover the plastic cover (can be replaced with food film) and allow about 30 minutes for flour to bloom.

Step 3: Make the cake drift

Step 5: Cook the tea.

Add about 2 liters of clean water and dissolve with ½ teaspoon of salt. Boil this pot and then drop the cake into boiled water. After the cake is ripe and well, remove the cake and quickly drop into a bowl of cold water to make the cake white, sticky and non sticky.

Enjoy the water drift, you put the cake in the bowl. Next, you scoop coconut milk on top and finally ginger sugar. Sprinkle a little more coconut fiber and roasted sesame seeds can be enjoyed.
