Blog #224: Shrimp dumplings
Materials:
- 150g squid
- Shrimp 250g
- 1 egg
- ½ onion, ¼ carrot
- Scallion, mushroom
- Chopped garlic, fresh chilli
- Wheat flour
- Sesame oil, pepper
Making:
Shrimp buy on clean, remove the shell, remove the head. Use a sharp tooth to remove the black part of the back. Similarly, ink washed, processing, cut slice small.
