LOS DERECHOS DE AUTOR
Este constituye una serie de normas y leyes que amparan la obra creada por un autor, ya sea en el área de la literatura, artística o científica.
Cada país posee su propia ley que ampara los derechos de autor con sus respectivos requisitos, donde el principal de ellos debe ser que la obra realizada sea totalmente original.
Los derechos de autor cumple la función de resguardar al creador lo que él ha realizado de manera autentica, ya que lo creado por el es totalmente personal, pues utiliza su intelecto, talento y habilidad.
Muchas personas suelen utilizar el copyright es decir que copian la información creada por otros, y si se da el caso de que esa información está avalada por leyes de derechos de autor dicha persona podría incurrir en penalización por utilizar en beneficio propio el trabajo de otro. ¡¡¡ES NECESARIO QUE TOMEMOS EN CONSIDERACIÓN ESTOS PUNTOS AL MOMENTO DE HACER NUESTROS POST YA QUE CADA QUIEN DEBE EXPRESAR DE FORMA NATURAL SUS PROPIOS PENSAMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES!!!
