Ganso - 1era - 3.8kg- Frito/Plancha/Estofado/Asado
Pollo de res - 1era - 1.4kg - Molida/Guisada
Solomo abierto - 2da - 10kg - Guisado/Molida/Parrilla
Cogote - 2da - 7.3kg - Guisado/Molida/ Estofado
Paleta - 2da -10.5kg - Asado
Falda - 2da - 4.8kg - Guisado
Lagarto s/h - 2da - 4.8kg - Estofado
Lagarto c/h - 3era - 5.2kg - Sopa
Pecho - 3era - 10kg - Sopa/Guisada/Casada/Parrilla
