Exercising your body contributes to your physical fitness and your mental health. Also, it declutters your mind and rids it off toxic thoughts to boost mental alertness.

Sadly, regardless of these benefits many people do not value Exercise. While many believe it is a boring line of routines, the rest who don't exercise think it's meant for Athletes and Sportmen.

However, in recent times, exercise has evolved. It's no longer a Gym-thing as many people used to believe. Instead, there are a handful of exercise routines tailored to meet your fitness goals, even in the comfort of your room.

All thanks to Technology, these exercise routines came with several perks, prominent of which are keeping fit while maintaining your sanity.

As millennials, we need sanity to thrive in this age of chaos and pressure, don't we?
