Washing dirty clothes really clean with water alone actually depends on the nature of the dirt or stains that is applied to the clothes.

If the dirt or stain can be easily cleaned with water just like a chalk stain or urine, it is found very easy to clean with water alone and you have your stained or dirty clothes become very neat and clean back.

But if the stains or dirt happens to be vigorous in nature such as palm oil, mud or clay soil stain, pepper, and other more concentrated stains you know about. It is advisable to make use of soap or detergent with water for easy cleaning. This will help to impact the dirty surface by making it clean after weakening the dirty surface with water and detergent/soap.

In conclusion, not all stains or dirt can be cleaned with water alone as it depends on the nature of the stain.
