Wednesday Walk - The Elvis Bar By The Canal !!
Hi everyone another Wednesday and here we are for another #wednesdaywalk challenge hosted by our good man @tattoodjay , today i had a work meeting organized by the Khlong Canal in Bangkok so i walked to the Skytrain Station and took the Tuk Tuk to the neartest boat pier jumped on the canal boat and got of at the neartest point and it was a five minute walked from the pier.
Pretty funky Tuk Tuk to the boat pier nothing wrong with getting your morning rocking.
On to the canal boat to the next point.
I hate peak hour they pack these boats like sardine cans but it beats the road traffic.
Luckily i am only a little fella the day was beautiful for a boat ride along the Khlong Canal i was heading for the last stop so i made my way up to the back of the boat so i could snap a few shots as we flying along the canal.
It always amazes me riding along the canal seeing the new city mixed with old local areas , construction going on all the time.
Approaching my stop i get of the boat and make my way through a small park to my meeting point , spot a nice healthy coconut tree and i look up and the skies are beautifully blue the morning has really warmed up.
Walk over to the bridge cross over the bridge and i am here by the canal and i can smell the coffee.
After the meeting i decide to walk back over the other side of the canal back through the park why because i had spotted a nice little house by the canal with a Elvis photo out front of this house and been a Elvis music lover i needed to check this out.
As i was walking towards this Elvis house i was noticing some beautiful street lamps that i think @erikah would love so yeah these are for you my friend @erikah.
So as i get closer to this little romantic house i not only see that Elvis is in the house but also my other all time favorite musician John Lennon what great legends they both were.
And it turns out that this Elvis house is actually a small restaurant with downstairs balcony views and upstairs dining.
I learnt that the Elvis house restaurant only opens of a evening to late , well i will certainly have to make my way back here some evening for dinner i could only imagine how great the music would be.

What an interesting commute with tuck tuck and boat, sure looks crowded on the boat and what a cool restaurant with such cool details

I sure will my friend...Damn that's a insult to Elvis the guy needs to be trashed and start over again and even then it would be a failure.
For sure! He is completely delusional. He is doing so much damage, and not just to poor Elvis!
